Rentals and mortgage rates rise. Mortgage rates rise, even th<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apronx.com\/\" title=\"\ub354\ud0b9\uce74\uc9c0\ub178\">\ub354\ud0b9\uce74\uc9c0\ub178<\/a>ough they are low.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s not just economics. It has been the law of supply and demand for decades \u2014 and it is changing \u2014 in America. The Fed, by pushing prices upward, is giving up some profits to the banks, who can now charge them higher rents and interest rates as they are allowed to do. This is a classic market-driven mechanism of supply and demand, but it has become extremely complicated to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apronx.com\/\" title=\"\ubc14\uce74\ub77c\uc0ac\uc774\ud2b8\">\ubc14\uce74\ub77c\uc0ac\uc774\ud2b8<\/a> control.<\/p>\n<p>The result: prices continue to rise, the stock market keeps going up and inflation keeps rising, because supply and demand has not allowed th<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ediwebs.com\/\" title=\"\uc608\uc2a4\uce74\uc9c0\ub178\">\uc608\uc2a4\uce74\uc9c0\ub178<\/a>e Federal Reserve to control rates.
