In<a href=\"https:\/\/seosanswedish.club\" title=\"\uc11c\uc0b0\ucd9c\uc7a5\ub9c8\uc0ac\uc9c0\">\uc11c\uc0b0\ucd9c\uc7a5\ub9c8\uc0ac\uc9c0<\/a> that regard, the European Commission recommended that directors of corporate entities report to senior management the acts of their employees and also ask them whether any of those individuals have a responsibility for wrongdoing. The European Court of Justice agreed with the Commission and held that no such responsibility can be drawn.<\/p>\n<p>If the Commission and EU member states were to adopt such guidelines, the companies would be forced to compensate any employees who had suffered retaliation or to<a href=\"https:\/\/01398864.xyz\" title=\"\ud3ec\ucee4\">\ud3ec\ucee4<\/a> pay compensation to the victims.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Should company directors b\ud654\ucc9c\ucd9c\uc7a5\uc0f5 \ud654\ucc9c\uc548\ub9c8e held accountable for such abuses?
