3 points submitted 20 days agoShaka biggest problem is it takes a couple years to really learn his defense the way he wants to run it, and his roster is mostly one and done players or guys that think they will only be there a couple years. He really needs to either go all in on recruiting the elite prospects (not positive just yet he could do that) and adjust his system to be more up tempo (more mistakes early on, but more opportunities accelerates a freshman learning curve), or take a Roy Williams type approach and recruit 3 4 year players instead. Right now he kind of in no mans land when it comes to having the players that fit his system.
Being part of the 1979 Indian side, I still cherish the pleasant interaction between the Pakistan side and us.
